The Minelab GPX-4500 is a gold detector at its finest and has been loaded with some supreme features that make using it a fun and rewarding experience. It has superb features that make it very easy to use and very easy to modify just to your satisfaction so that your hunting can be successful and you do not come home empty handed. The Minelab GPX-4500 has technology that allows you to detect like never before. Let’s take a closer look.

Let’s first take a look at the specifications of the Minelab GPX-4500. This has SETA which stands for Smart Electronic Timing Alignment. What this does, is offer you less interference, a much quieter operating sound and a much more stable threshold. What happens is that each timing option is fitted to different detecting conditions. This offers the user the ability to automatically set an exact configuration for each of those six optins. When doing so, the Minelab GPX-4500 can then give you a very established threshold and it also greatly reduced signals that can be given off from highly magnetic rocks, also known as hot rocks.

There are two timing options that have been added to the predecessor, the Enhance feature and the Sharp feature. The Minelab GPX-4500 has excellent discrimination ability and this is of utmost importance. It also has ground balance off mode and a volume limit with a range from one to twenty.

There is a back lit control box that has a time out function that allows a user to save on battery power and a great modernized iron rejection adjustment. In regard to stabilization, there is a new adjustable stabilizer that allows you to opt from one to twenty for a much smoother limit. The harness that holds the battery is improved and adds comfort, which is very important if you are going to be out sweeping for hours.

The Lithium Ion battery pack has an audio amplifier that will increase target signals and aid you in hearing gold nuggets that are buried very deep. The end caps are enhanced to give the user great adjustability and better balance when you decide to opt for different coil sizes. The power cable to the Minelab GPX-4500 is also enhanced, as it is a great deal stronger. The Minelab GPX-4500 has a rechargeable system for both your home and your car, an eleven inch DD coil, headphones, of course, and an arm rest.

The Minelab GPX-4500 is very strong, very versatile and somehow still operates very quietly, It has preset search modes, louder target signals and is a great device to help you find those hidden treasures no matter where you are searching.

    Warning:

GPX-4500 is back ordered all over the world, any one claiming to have it in stock or promise to deliver before 2011 is just lying and wants to rip you off, the US government has paid a lot of money to Minelab to stop production of this machine, because of its high ability of discovering gold, so the gold prices don’t go down, deal with local people only and NEVER pay for pre-orders from ANY dealer, if do so kiss your money good bye!
